Cape Town Municipality allows for up to 5, as long as certain conditions are met.

Check your local laws, just because no one does it, doesn’t mean that they can’t.

But make sure that you are VERY friendly with your neighbours, if they moan about your dogs & chickens, they are going to have a field day with goats!
